Lanny Wadkins-led Design Modifications on Select Holes

We are collaborating with the esteemed Lanny Wadkins for design modifications on the holes, bringing a fresh, exciting challenge to your game.

Fairways, Tees, & Rough

Stadium Zoysia will be installed throughout all fairways, while Laser Zoysia will enhance greenside collars, approaches, and tees. The roughs will be upgraded with TifTuf Bermuda, celebrated for its exceptional durability and lush, vibrant look. Our greens will showcase Champions G12 Bermuda, delivering elite-level speed and consistency.

Irrigation and Drainage Upgrades

Our plan includes 2,000 new sprinkler heads and a more efficient pump station. This will replace a 20+-year-old system and gives us the ability to maximize the amount of water we can put out in a shorter period of time to ensure consistent conditions throughout all times of the year.

Equally as important as the irrigation improvements, our drainage plan will ensure consistently more playable conditions and fewer cart path only days.

Reciprocal Access During the Renovation

Construction is slated to begin May 2025 and we anticipate to reopen November 2025. The Clubhouse and practice facility will remain open during the renovation with a variety of fun events. During construction periods, Members will enjoy extraordinary reciprocal benefits at 11 local clubs, including Gleneagles Country Club, Las Colinas Country Club, and Stonebriar Country Club.
